Book Wish List
Lately I've had a desire to be more creative away from the computer. I adore my little MacBookPro, its my baby, but sometimes I wish I had technical skills beyond Adobe Creative Suite... like printmaking, letterpress, calligraphy, gardening, etc. Lena Corwin (whose blog I admire) put out this book, which I intend to buy for myself very soon & make some crafty paper & textiles:

Mug Musings
Lately my roommate & I have been drinking a lot more coffee & tea now that winter is here to stay. Between the 2 of us, we have 3 mugs that we are constantly rewashing. Not I want an overload of mugs where they begin to clutter the sink, but a few more pretty ones would be nice. Some ones I've had my eyes on:

Flair Magazine 1953 Annual
To me there is nothing like a beautiful vintage book. Flipping through the pages of something created before the world of computers, internet, & InDesign is so inspiring. I saw a copy of Flair Magazine 1953 Annual about this time last year and it has stuck with me - I'd really love to get my hands on my own copy one day. Thank goodness for ebay & used book stores!
